Mr Robin, I forgot to give you some very important information about your new computer equipment (the agilitynet stuff). First off both boxes have been slightly modified to increase their versatility. The router has DD-WRT installed (http://www.dd-wrt.com/wiki/index.php/Main_Page) instead of the factory linksys software. To log into the admin panel simply enter it’s the ip address into your browser (192.168.1.1). This unit would work fine with the default factory firmware (which can be easily reloaded) if you choose to go back to that version. I just figured I would give DD-WRT a try. The login info is: IP Address 192.168.1.1 SSID AgilityNet Web Admin Interface Username: admin Password: 4security Telnet Username: root Password: password And the Buffalo unit has been “hacked” to provide better and more complete access to the kernel. A lot more information about the box can be obtained from the manufacturer (http://www.buffalotech.com/products/network-storage/linkstation/) and the hacks can be looked up at the Buffalo – NAS Central (http://buffalo.nas-central.org/wiki/Main_Page). The reason for hacking this box was to change port assignments. The factory defaults are for the admin page to be on the standard web address on port 80. To make it easier for users to get to the agilitynet web system I changed this so the admin pages are on port 85 and the agilitynet page is on port 80 (the default browser port). Login credentials for the Buffalo are: LS-XHL Name: AGILITYSERVER IP Address 192.168.1.150 (static IP address, assigned in the admin panel) Web Admin Interface 192.168.1.150:85 Username: admin password: password Telnet interface 192.168.1.150 username: admin password: password su password: password I also have a disk that comes with the unit to give you with some additional software and manuals on it. It also has a copy of Memeo backup software (great program). I’ll drop it in the mail to you. Now the one thing you will need to do before you use it for your next trial is to clear the database. The database is accessed via a web interface http://192.168.1.150/phpMyAdmin/index.php . The username is admin and the password is password (original I know!). There does seem to be a problem doing the phpmyadmin functions in internet explorer (login always fails). I use Firefox and it works fine. If you get it working in IE please let me know what you did to make it work. Once in the admin functions you need to “empty” the trialgenie database. If you would like I can do up more detailed instructions, just let me know. Also, could you send me a copy of your “temp variables” table? That is the one you added a field to that my copy does not have. I just want to have the same thing as you in case I make more mods. Duane
